Shipping & Returns


All orders will be sent, where possible, by Royal Mail. No responsibility of any kind will be accepted for late delivery caused by circumstances beyond our control. Orders are shipped once per week and may take 2-3 days to arrive where a signature will be required.

We currently only ship to the UK and some European countries. If you are unable to place an order using the automated system, please use the contact us form to get in touch for shipping options via email. Please include a list of the items you require and the shipping address.

Any unauthorised returns will not be accepted and costs incurred will not be refunded...

Please take care to pack any returns as you received them, poorly packaged/damaged parcels will not be accepted. Goods must be sent back in the condition they were received, damage caused after delivery is not acceptable as a reason for a return. Faulty items will receive immediate attention by replacement or refund, as appropriate, by return post. Please include a cover letter with details of the return, or a printout of any e-mail correspondence which you have sent or received from us, regarding your return.

Models that have been delivered "as ordered" by the customer, in good condition, but are no longer required, may be returned at the expense of the customer, for a full credit of the cost of the model only, providing the model is returned in all of the original packaging, and is undamaged, within 14 days providing such action is made to us in writing within 7 days of the model being delivered to you.

Customers returning models must ensure that models are returned to us using Recorded delivery, or for larger parcels over the weight of 2kgs, parcels should be sent in a method where proof of delivery is available. In all cases, a signature will be required on the model's return, for the customer's own protection. We cannot accept liability for the return of goods "lost in transit".
